Sunlight follows the lives and stories of people in the Netherlands who identify as lesbian. Their stories are often missing from what we see, so this series simply shows them as they are. Everyday moments and small gestures of care, full of joy and comfort. I work without lighting setups and without staging anything, so it all rests on trust and on their choice to be seen.
