This campaign was created for Ministerie van Onderwijs, Cultuur en Wetenschap (OCW) to build a broadly deployable image library for schools across the Netherlands, used both online and in print. The images were created for platforms such as Werken in het Onderwijs, with a clear focus on zij-instromers considering a career switch into education. We photographed real moments during regular school days in both primary and secondary education, capturing interaction, guidance and everyday collaboration between teachers and students. The result is an honest, accessible body of work that schools can use to show what working in education truly looks like: human, relevant and impactful.
