Workshop “Exploring Why You Do What You Do”

I had the opportunity to provide a workshop titled "Exploring Why You Do What You Do" to more than 10 young entrepreneurs between the ages of 15 and 22. The workshop was part of a six-week workshop course provided by The Boardroom.

My workshop was inspired by Simon Sinek well-known Golden Circles theory, as well as my personal belief that whatever you do, whether it's selling dolls, creating videos, providing consultancy services, or launching a sports club, you can make a positive impact on the world in some way.

It's often easy to look at large brands and think, "I could never make that much impact." However, sometimes the best impact you can make is small, local, and focused. I believe that success lies in doing everything you can to make your business succeed while driving positive social change.

Giving the workshop was a lot of fun. Collaborating with these young superstars and helping them explore not only their corporate "why," but also (perhaps even more importantly) their personal "why" was fulfilling. What makes your clock tick? What change would you like to see in the world? And how can you drive this change?

I want to thank Chudi Uzozie, Co-Founder of Ollie and creator of the Boardroom, and Zára Valentine de Graaf, an amazing human being, trainer, entrepreneur, and friend, for giving me the opportunity to be part of these workshops.

Last but not least, I will be on the jury for the finals of The Boardroom, along with Dimi Albers, CEO of DEPT and Marves H., a credible messenger at ADAMAS Amsterdam. I can't wait to see what everyone will be presenting tonight!
